For him, DTN is all about providing Leaders and their organisations with a simple yet highly effective tool for engaging and ultimately attracting more diverse talent.

Executive leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in global organisations, start-ups and academia. She leads the London chapter for the Cambridge University entrepreneur group. Rabia has experience in forging strategic partnerships and business development. She has led international teams and is an ambassador for promoting diversity and inclusivity.

Tony has over 15 years of experience in finance, sales and recruitment and has conducted successful searches for mid to senior hires in the UK and Internationally, across many sectors.
